Dr. Matthias Heilmeier provides comprehensive advice to financial investors, family businesses, entrepreneurs and family offices on corporate transactions and mergers (also in distressed situations) as well as on all Corporate law issues.
Matthias has many years of experience in the above-mentioned areas and has acted as lead counsel on numerous transactions. After working for major international law firms (Latham & Watkins, CMS), he was a founding partner of an M&A/Corporate boutique.
Matthias was admitted to the German bar in 2008 after training as a banker (BayernLB) and subsequently studying law.
